Boil lime-free water thoroughly in the teapot. Fill the teapot with enough boiled water. Use two teaspoons of tea per teacup to infuse it with a perfect, uniform color and scent in every cup. Let it brew for 13-15 minutes on low heat. To get the real taste of Çaykur tea, the tea must be consumed within half an hour and brewed fresh again if desired.
The most important feature that distinguishes tea grown in Turkey from teas in other parts of the world is that it remains under snow in winter. Snow provides natural protection to the tea.
