Boil the lime-free water thoroughly in the teapot. Fill the teapot with enough boiled water. Use two teaspoons of tea per cup of tea to brew with the perfect, same color and scent in every cup. Let it brew for 13-15 minutes on low heat. In order to get the real taste of Çaykur tea, it should be consumed within half an hour, and if desired, it should be brewed fresh again.
The most important feature that distinguishes tea grown in Turkey from teas in other parts of the world is that it is under snow in winter. Snow provides a natural protection to the tea.
