Recipe - Bulgur pilaf with meat:
Materials; 1 cup Duru basbasi bulgur, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 4 diced prunes, 6 shallots, 100g lean lamb cubed meat (half-boiled lamb meat), 1/4 red capia pepper, diced , 1 teaspoon of butter, 2 cups of boiling water, 1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation; Put olive oil and butter in a shallow pan. When melted, add shallots. Add the diced capia peppers on top. Boil the parboiled meat and fry for 2 minutes. Add the prunes cut into cubes. Then add Duru Başbaşı bulgur, salt and boiling water without waiting. Black pepper can be added if desired. Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the bulgur is cooked through. You can serve it after resting for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
