It is an olive product obtained by breaking the ripe olives in different colors from green to yellowish green, by fermenting them partially or completely with alkaline solution, and then breaking them by mechanical methods without breaking the seeds.
This product in its glass packaging has been pasteurized.
Ingredients: Grilled Green Olives in Brine, Water, salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid e330), Structure Regulator (Calcium Chloride E509), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid E300). Does not contain preservatives.
