Recipe - Red lentil soup:
Materials; 1.5 cups of pure red lentils, 5 cups of boiling water, half a tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 teaspoon of mint and 1 teaspoon of chili pepper.
Preparation; Wash the lentils. Add all the ingredients except mint and chili pepper and cook in a pressure cooker. After cooking, pass the soup through a blender. Then add mint and chili pepper and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
