Shipping and Return Policy
Transport:
We deliver your orders safely to your door through our logistics partner DHL. Delivery of orders is undertaken by our logistics partner DHL. Delivery within Germany takes 1-5 business days. Deliveries outside of Germany may take 3-7 days, depending on the region. If you miss the first delivery attempt, DHL will make a second delivery attempt.
Shipping fee:
There is no shipping fee for orders over €89 within Germany. For orders up to €89 within Germany, a shipping fee of €7.50 (including VAT) is charged. As ONSBazaar GmbH, we undertake a part of the shipping fee for order shipments outside of Germany. However, we have to reflect some of it to our valued customers. Accordingly, the table of shipping charges to be paid by our customers is as follows:
