We deliver your orders safely to your door via our logistics partner DHL. Delivery of orders is undertaken by our logistics partner DHL. Delivery within Germany takes 1-5 business days. Deliveries outside Germany may take 3-7 days, depending on the region. If you miss the first delivery attempt, DHL will make a second delivery attempt.

Shipping fee:

There is no shipping fee for orders over €99 within Germany. For orders up to €99 within Germany, a shipping fee of €7.50 (including VAT) is charged. As ONSBazaar GmbH, we also bear a portion of the shipping costs for orders sent outside Germany. However, we have to pass some of it on to you, our valued customers. Accordingly, the table of shipping fees our customers will pay is as follows:

Right of withdrawal under the following conditions not valid:

- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date will expire quickly,

- For health protection or hygiene reasons, the seal has been removed after delivery, unpackaged products,

- Products sent by cargo, after package delivery,

- Sent by courier and returned without being received by the buyer,may spoil quickly or expire quickly of your products
