Recipe - Green Lentil Dish:
Materials; 1 glass of Duru Green Lentils, 3 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 medium-sized onion, 1 medium-sized red capia pepper, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper paste, 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation; Wash the Pure Green Lentils and drain the water. Cook with 3 cups of water over medium heat for 20 minutes. Melt the butter in a separate pot. Fry finely chopped onion and red capia pepper until they get a light colour. After adding the tomato and pepper pastes, continue the roasting process for another 2-3 minutes, add salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
Store in a cloth bag in a cool and moisture-free place away from sunlight for long-term use.
