Recipe - Tabbouleh salad:
Materials; 1 glass of Duru bulgur for meatballs, 2 glasses of hot water (to soak the bulgur), 4 chopped cherry tomatoes, 3-4 chopped scallions, 1/4 bunch of chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint leaf, 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper.
For service; Lettuce leaves, lemon
Preparation of; Mix water, salt, bulgur in a bowl and leave it to absorb the water. Take a strainer and run it through cold water and strain the water. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, spring onions, parsley, lemon juice, mint, olive oil and black pepper, add the bulgur and mix. Divide it neatly into 4 equal plates, you can serve it with sliced lemon and lettuce leaves. Enjoy your meal.
