Recipe - Tabbouleh salad:
Materials; 1 glass of Duru bulgur for meatballs, 2 glasses of hot water (for soaking the bulgur), 4 chopped cherry tomatoes, 3-4 chopped spring onions, 1/4 bunch of chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons spoon of chopped fresh mint leaves, 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, black pepper.
For serving; Lettuce leaves, lemon
Preparation; Mix water, salt, and bulgur in a bowl and wait for it to absorb its water. Put it in a strainer and pass it through cold water. Mix tomatoes, spring onion, parsley, lemon juice, mint, olive oil and black pepper in a large bowl, add bulgur and mix. Divide it neatly into 4 equal plates and serve it with sliced lemon and lettuce leaves. Enjoy your meal.
