Ingredients; 1 glass of pure wheat, 2 glasses of boiling water, 3 leaves of chopped lettuce, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped cucumber, 5 tablespoons of fresh or frozen peas, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, grated mozorella. cheese, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper if desired, 1/2 teaspoon of chili peppers.
Preparation; Soak the pure ashure wheat in 2 glasses of cold water 12 hours in advance. Then pour 2 glasses of boiling water over it and leave it covered until the wheat absorbs its water. If there is any water left in it, strain it. In a large bowl, mix lettuce, cucumber, carrots, peas, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese and pepper if desired. Add Duru Ashura wheat, mix well and serve. Enjoy your meal.
Store in a cloth bag in a cool and moisture-free place away from sunlight for long-term use.
