Preparation:
- Measure drinking water with a cup and pour it into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot).
- Add one scoop (20 g) of coffee for each cup.
- Add sugar if desired.
- Stir well over low heat.
- Once the foam rises, distribute it evenly into the cups.
- Briefly boil the remaining coffee again and pour it into the cups.
