It is an olive product obtained by breaking the ripe olives in different colors from green to yellowish green, using mechanical methods, without breaking the seeds, after the bitterness is partially or completely removed with alkaline solution, then fermented and given ripeness for eating.
This product in its glass packaging has been pasteurized.
Ingredients: Pickled Crushed Green Olives, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E330), Structure Regulator (Calcium Chloride E509), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid E300). Does not contain preservatives.
