Do not soak or wash. Cook 1 glass of bulgur using 2 glasses of boiling water.
Recipe - Bulgur pilaf with chicken:
Materials; 1 glass of Duru Midyat Bulgur, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 100gr chicken breast cut into cubes, 4 finely chopped scallions, apricots cut into small cubes, 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 water glass of boiling water.
Preparation of; Put the olive oil and butter in a flat pan. When it melts, add the chicken cut into cubes and sauté for 3 minutes on low heat. Add finely chopped onion and apricots cut into small cubes and sauté for 3 more minutes. Then add Duru Midyat Bulguru salt, black pepper and boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat until the bulgur is tender. You can serve it after resting for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
